With over 11 years in the industry, my passion for Property Management is clear in everything I do. I aim to make owning an investment property as smooth and stress-free as possible for both property owners and their tenants.

Having a background in high-rise building management, I understand the importance of compliance and communication. I know that good communication is key to successful property management and helps maximise your return on investment.

Outside of work, I'm a mum to two adventurous boys who are crazy about soccer. We love spending as much time as possible by the beach along the coast line.

 Originally from Bombay, India, Shiraz’s inspiring journey began as a street vendor and led to becoming a successful business owner, showcasing his street-smart business acumen. After immigrating to New Zealand in 2002, he achieved remarkable success as a multi-award-winning owner of several Jesters Pies stores. Recognized for excellence in customer service, community involvement, and earning the coveted People’s Choice awards, Shiraz’s entrepreneurial spirit flourished.

 In 2019, he sold his business and ventured into real estate as a Sales Associate, where his passion for business development, marketing, and negotiation quickly made him a standout in the industry. Since moving to Australia in January 2020, Shiraz has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the real estate market. Under national and international brands, he has successfully sold over 90 properties, earning more than 111 five-star reviews from satisfied clients.  

 After dedicating 15 years to her previous role, Michelle felt it was time for a new challenge. With a strong background in Admin, Accounts, and Retail, she has always placed a high value on exceptional customer service. This dedication inspired her to pursue a Real Estate Certificate, enabling her to combine her skills and interests in a meaningful way.

Through her personal experiences in renting and selling properties, Michelle recognised an opportunity to offer a more personalised approach to property management—one that focuses on genuine care and attention. Her commitment to hard work and making a positive impact is at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Michelle treasures spending time with her grown children and grandchildren, creating special memories together. She also enjoys camping with friends, finding peace in the glow of a campfire and a good cup of tea. A creative spirit, Michelle expresses her artistic side through fluid art painting, a passion that allows her to relax and unwind.

Kellee Sharp isn’t your typical Property Manager. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kellee brings unparalleled expertise, a dedication to excellence, and an impressive track record of success.

Her journey began in 2000 as a receptionist for a local agency, but Kellee's ambition and talent quickly propelled her through a diverse range of roles. From managing maintenance and inspections for a portfolio of 500 properties to becoming a sales contract administrator, trust account manager, and even building property management departments from the ground up, Kellee has done it all. Most notably, in between having 2 boys and starting a family, she has overseen the growth of portfolios exceeding 1,000 properties and successfully managed a team of 10 staff members.
